NEIS adds Silicone Rubber Line in Mexico Plant
NEI Systems, Inc. of Keene, New Hampshire and Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico is pleased to
announce the addition of silicone over-molding to its growing list of capabilities. The silicone rubber
line is located in our manufacturing plant in Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico to complement our current plastic
injection molding expertise.
Silicone over-molding is a key new capability, especially for Medical Equipment OEMs whose surgical tools must
go through numerous autoclave cycles. Depending on the design, the addition of a silicone over-mold to an
assembly could enable the cable to be autoclaved for sterilization purposes and this new capability has several
industrial applications as well.
Please bring your cable assembly interconnection ideas to NEI Systems – our engineers thrive on challenges and
opportunities that enhance our customers’ products and give true meaning to the term “value-added supplier.” |
